Policy for Prospective Tenants:
1. Prospective tenants pay a one time non-refundable application fee of $50.00 authorizing National Tenant Network to release a criminal, credit, and rental history report to Jerry Tubbs.
2. When the application is approved the tenant has five (5) days grace period to get the utilities in their names
